Each invoice is sent directly to the contact person designated for billing, often in PDF format attached to an email. If you require invoices to be copied to another address, such as your accounting service or an external accountant, we can easily add them. On request we can also resend past invoices or provide a summary of amounts invoiced over a selected period for your internal records.

For recurring services, such as maintenance contracts or ongoing marketing support, we agree together on a regular billing schedule. This can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on what works best for your organisation. Clear and predictable invoicing makes it easier to plan your budget and to reconcile payments with your internal financial processes.

We also offer access to a client billing portal where you can view and download all past invoices, track payment status, and see upcoming scheduled invoices for recurring services. The portal provides a complete payment history and allows you to export data for your accounting software. Access is secure and can be granted to multiple team members with different permission levels.

Invoices are typically generated on the first day of each billing period for recurring services, or immediately upon milestone completion for project work. If you need invoices generated on specific dates to align with your month-end closing or reporting cycles, just let us know and we'll adjust our billing schedule accordingly.
