These sessions allow us to present designs, demos, or performance results live and collect your feedback in real time. All important decisions are documented so that everyone has the same view of the project state. This structured approach helps maintain transparency, avoid misunderstandings, and keep the schedule under control.

Our project boards are typically organized by sprint or phase, with clear status indicators for each task. You can comment directly on tasks, attach files, and receive notifications when items require your attention. We also provide a project roadmap view that shows upcoming milestones and dependencies, helping you understand how current activities connect to future phases and final delivery.

For clients who prefer less frequent updates, we offer a "summary only" mode where you receive comprehensive reports at agreed intervals but aren't copied on day-to-day task notifications. Conversely, if you want more granular visibility, you can be added to our internal channels for real-time updates.
